We take fighting snow and ice seriously and we prioritize safety. We are professionally equipped to service our many Commercial Customers with new equipment, innovative technology, and we follow state-of-the-art salt reduction practices.
Minimum position responsibilities:
- Utilize our snow equipment to remove winter snow and treat ice, under the supervision of our Territory Manager(s).
- Great communication skills. Need to regularly communicate with managers via phone and text to assist in prompt snow removal and to report completed duties, accurately
- Respond promptly, be available to be on-call, and work in all weather conditions such as snow, ice, wet conditions, and extreme cold.
- Ensure that the areas assigned to you are sufficiently cleared and safe for customer use. Interpret and utilize site maps and instructions.
- Practices attention to detail.
- Commit to excellent work. Commitment to safety and safe working procedures.
- Definitely a plus to enjoy physical work, being physically fit, and running equipment.

Are you a safe driver with an interest making some extra $ during winter weather?
We’re looking for reliable and safety-conscious Snow Operators to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of snow removal this season.
What to expect in this position:
· Operate any of the following equipment: Dump truck with plows and salter/brine set up, Hitachi and CAT Loaders with Metal Pless snow plows, Bobcats with pushers, Boss Snow Rators, Shovel trucks and small tractors, etc.
· Clear parking lots, sidewalks and designated areas efficiently
· Be on call to respond quickly to snow events.
· Communicate frequently with team and managers
· Follow safety guidelines and snow removal protocols
· Commercial snow sites are located in Hudson, Nashua, and Manchester, NH.
What we’re looking for:
· Prior experience operating snow removal equipment (preferred)
· Valid driver’s license and good driving record (CDL a plus)
· Attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
· Availability during snowstorms and peak winter hours
· A friendly personality and good attitude. Looks out for team.

Experience in irrigation is a huge bonus but we are willing to invest time into training the right candidate.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
- Assignments may include but are not limited to:
Thoroughly understand scope of work, products, product label instructions, schedule and safety procedures for lawn and pest control - Helping with irrigation openings and closings.
- Customer service, speaking with customers and upselling possible services
- Direct and work with project team to apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns
- Perform seeding, aeration, over-seeding, and major turf care renovations
- Other duties as needed
- Snow help during the winter season
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- NH State Pesticide Applicator’s License.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proven experience in similar role with references available
- Plowing experience is a plus but not required

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & Seasonal Snow Plow Operator. This unique role combines office administrative duties with winter snow removal responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant (Year-Round):
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage office communications, including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of projects, invoices, and client communications.
- Manage calendars and assist with coordinating meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, preparing reports, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Snow Plow Operator (Seasonal – Winter Months):
- Operate company snow plow vehicles to remove snow from commercial and residential properties, including driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on snow plow equipment to ensure proper operation during the winter season.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the snow removal team to ensure timely and thorough service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience operating snow removal equipment is a plus, but training can be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours during the winter season, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for snow removal.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an o ice setting.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when handling snow removal equipment.
- Comfort working in varying weather conditions, particularly in winter.

Position Goals and Responsibilities:
· The main responsibility of this position is to be the in-house expert in LMN (Landscape Management Network); the software we use for business management. The software is used for: Estimating, Time Tracking, Job Costing, Reporting and Analytics, Integrations, CRM, Invoicing, Training, and more. DW has been using LMN for 10 years and we have a strong foundation with this program but are striving to better utilize the full offerings of the program with your help.
· The goal of this position is to help streamline business systems, create better communication opportunities with clients and staff, improve estimating, profitability, business growth, high performing teams, and overall support to our organization. This is a key position as our business continues to grow and grow stronger.
· Master our estimating/CRM/time tracking platform (LMN)
· Attend weekly LMN training and assist in training staff
· Perform data entry, analysis, and job costing using LMN software
· Assist with estimating, pricing, and template creation
· Report findings to managers to support decision-making
· Build relationships with managers and staff to drive performance
· Help organize and streamline systems, processes, and workflows
· Support the financial team with data collection and monitoring
· Fleet Management. Manage inspections and preventative maintenance services with the assistance from our shop manager. Keep organized records and create a schedule for services.
· Provide routine trainings to staff on LMN, relevant business and fleet management reporting, etc.
