Currently we are looking for someone who is a skilled machine operator to complete sitework for us. We are growing rapidly and are adding to our staff so that our current machine operator may step out of the field and into a management position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and a strong team-oriented approach
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the excavating field, showcasing your expertise
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, haul trucks) is a must
- Hands-on experience laying foundations and walkways, for patios & driveways
- Exhibit forward-thinking capabilities
- Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Must be willing to plow in the winter time.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a team of sitework and excavation operators, technicians, and project leaders to achieve project milestones
- Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment such as excavators and dozers with precision and expertise
- Execute accurate grading of dirt & stone subbase for walkways, patios, driveways, etc.
- Effectively manage team of shovelers and plowing sites during winter season.

We take fighting snow and ice seriously and we prioritize safety. We are professionally equipped to service our many Commercial Customers with new equipment, innovative technology, and we follow state-of-the-art salt reduction practices.
Minimum position responsibilities:
- Utilize our snow equipment to remove winter snow and treat ice, under the supervision of our Territory Manager(s).
- Great communication skills. Need to regularly communicate with managers via phone and text to assist in prompt snow removal and to report completed duties, accurately
- Respond promptly, be available to be on-call, and work in all weather conditions such as snow, ice, wet conditions, and extreme cold.
- Ensure that the areas assigned to you are sufficiently cleared and safe for customer use. Interpret and utilize site maps and instructions.
- Practices attention to detail.
- Commit to excellent work. Commitment to safety and safe working procedures.
- Definitely a plus to enjoy physical work, being physically fit, and running equipment.

We are looking for an experienced and licensed fertilizer technician to join us and work with our grounds maintenance team.
Experience in irrigation is a huge bonus but we are willing to invest time into training the right candidate.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
- Assignments may include but are not limited to:
Thoroughly understand scope of work, products, product label instructions, schedule and safety procedures for lawn and pest control - Helping with irrigation openings and closings.
- Customer service, speaking with customers and upselling possible services
- Direct and work with project team to apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns
- Perform seeding, aeration, over-seeding, and major turf care renovations
- Other duties as needed
- Snow help during the winter season
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- NH State Pesticide Applicator’s License.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Job description
We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Account Manager to join our team. As a full-time manager, you will work closely with our landscape maintenance, fertilizer, and snow teams to maintain high quality residential and commercial properties in the landscaping and snow seasons. Here’s a little about the position:
· The manager works very closely on a well-established book of business for both residential and commercial accounts (landscaping and snow).
· Regular customer communication and quality checks keep this manager busy, ensuring that we give our customers the assistance they need all year long.
· Daily tasks include monitoring and updating daily maintenance crew schedules and assigning crews to mow, cleanup, bed care, fertilizer, and irrigation service routes.
· Daily routes will be monitored by the manager to ensure the crews have proper training, that standard operating procedures are being followed, and quality/efficiency checks are being made.
· Sales will be part of this role, as the manager will analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
· Update recurring agreements on a yearly basis.
· The manager will work with the Enhancement Team to ensure enhancements are scheduled and completed.
· A snow region will be assigned to this manager in the southern NH area. The manager will work with a team of snow operators to manage snow removal and ice control. Responsibilities include regular phone calls and dispatching to team plus answering calls/texts from customers.
General requirements:
· Snow removal experience required.
· Proven management and customer relations experience.
· Previous landscaping and/or construction experience required.
· Some physical work in the field may be included as needed
· Self-driven and proactive management necessary.
· Use of LMN Estimating and time tracking software and other standard computer programs
· Can communicate through phone calls, emails, texts, and has good writing skills
· Can adapt to change and the demands of customers and daily job requirements
· Ability to drive frequently (has driver’s license in good standing).

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & Seasonal Snow Plow Operator. This unique role combines office administrative duties with winter snow removal responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant (Year-Round):
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage office communications, including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of projects, invoices, and client communications.
- Manage calendars and assist with coordinating meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, preparing reports, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Snow Plow Operator (Seasonal – Winter Months):
- Operate company snow plow vehicles to remove snow from commercial and residential properties, including driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on snow plow equipment to ensure proper operation during the winter season.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the snow removal team to ensure timely and thorough service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft O ice Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general o ice equipment.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience operating snow removal equipment is a plus, but training can be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours during the winter season, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for snow removal.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an o ice setting.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when handling snow removal equipment.

This opportunity is meant for a passionate person with experience in landscaping and snow who is also a “data geek” and loves the idea of working with a management team on business development, growth, and systems. - Perform daily/weekly job costing analysis and job status reports.
- Report data findings to managers.

- Assist Owners in organizing and creating systems, cleaning existing systems, and keeping future systems organized

- Relationship Building: Develops relationships with managers, informs and educates staff about job results, trains managers/estimators on business systems, helps motivate staff to be more accountable, helps improve results by showing performance data, etc.
- Assists financial department (collects and categorizes receipts, monitors project, maintenance, and snow payments, billing triggers, etc.)
- Assists Fleet Manager by monitoring registrations, oil changes, service records, vin numbers, dot compliance, etc.)
- Snow Operator and/or manager during the seasonal winter months. Operate snow equipment to remove snow from commercial properties. Work collaboratively with other members to ensure timely and thorough service.
